I am a member of the undergraduate faculty at Fresno Pacific University, Fresno, CA. Since 1999 I have been teaching in the biblical studies division and have been directing the contemporary Christian ministries program. I teach courses in youth ministry, Christian leadership, worship ministry, pastoral ministry, and other practical theology classes. Two of my favorite classes to teach are Creative Communication in Ministry and Theology, Culture and U2.
Prior to teaching at FPU I was a pastor for fifteen years. I worked with Young Life, directed a summer camp for nine years, and served as a full-time youth pastor.
I am on part-time staff with my local congregation and lead a contemporary worship service there.
I have been married to Tracy since 1995 and have two very energetic boys. Michael is eight and loves the second grade. Daniel is four and wants to be in the second grade.
